- Responsible for the daily operation management of KYC department.
- Responsible for communication and coordination of VIP KYC cases.
- Report clients’ data regularly and provide the data support to business departments.
- Provide high quality customer service in an efficient and professional manner.
- Promote and standardize KYC audit operation SOP
- Analyze and investigate specific/complaint cases.
- Provide administrative support and liaise with internal departments in the same business region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related disciplines.
- Over 5 years of Operation work experience and over 2 years of management experiences.
- KYC work experience and PRC work experience background is preferred.
- License to carry on HKSFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities is a plus.
- Excellent team management, time management and able to work under pressure.
- Good writing ability and logical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin is a must.
