Responsibilities

• Develop, research, recommend and direct the execution of investment strategies
• Perform extensive due diligence and investment research, keep informed of developments in global markets and the alternative investment management industry and to determine the appropriateness of investment decisions across different portfolios and under different market conditions and circumstances.
• Effectively manage investment portfolios as an investment expert who is committed to taking a proactive and innovative approach in providing investment expertise and a high degree of value add to enhance overall investment performance.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and other tasks as required


Requirements
• Minimum 12 years' working experience in investment for financial institutions, preferably asset management and insurance(Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Deputy Head)
• Bachelor degree or above in business, finance, economics, engineering or related disciplines.
• A successful track record of portfolio management and analysis, along with, more generally, decision making and problem solving based on analytics; a strong quantitative orientation matched with conceptual thinking skills
• Highly detailed and intellectually curious, while also bearing a strong and ambitious goal orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with focus on presentation skills and strategic influencing skills
• Proficient in written Chinese and English, spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• CFA and/or graduate degree preferred
