Job Description
Job Duties:

Develop all long and short term business objectives, policies, budgets and operating plans and oversees the implementation and achievement as planned.
Integrate the company's business development strategies and activities of our investment products in both PRC and HK districts

Identify key business partners and government authorities in PRC to explore business opportunities

Collect product related market intelligence and provide timely updates and analysis in the PRC and HK district (e.g. competitor monitoring, product comparison, new product alert)

Effectively manage a team of professionals specialized in various investment products in both PRC and HK districts for business optimization and target achievements


Requirements:

Master/ Degree or higher Deg in Business, Finance or IT
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in large financial institution or stock brokerage firm

Proven experience in dealing with PRC financial institutions, securities brokerage, IT firms

Experiences in developing financial products, launching trading platforms

Mature with strong communication and time management skills

Capable leader with strong management skills
Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
