Responsibilities :

-Conduct quantitative analysis and data mining to support informed decisions and provide data-driven recommendations
-Understand business needs and build visualized dashboards / reports from different data sources with automation in mind
-Define, document and translate business requirement into system specification
-Exhibit a level of expertise in driving the data strategy for the company
-Lead in setting up, testing and on-going optimization of Business Intelligence tools


Requirements
-3-5 years experience in data analytics
-Degree holder in Data Science, Computer Science or related disciplines;
-Good knowledge of Statistics, Report Visualization, Data Analysis and System Integration;
-Experience in BI / Reporting tools (Tableau preferred, but not must)
-Experience with -Microsoft Dynamics preferred
-Good team spirit and work closely with team members
-Curious, with a focus of understanding the business objectives as well as the technology
-Passionate about data integrity with keen attention to accuracy and detail
