- Assists Marketing Director and team heads in meeting schedules and related administrative works as required
- Handles department administration including facilities management, stationery replenishment, filing, etc.
- Responsible for keeping department budget as well as invoicing related administration
- Be the key contact point of B2B gift vouchers selling by coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure the whole process is smoothly handled
- Performs duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related discipline with good marketing sense
- Minimum 2-3 years of administration experience, experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
- Organized and detail-minded, self- motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, enjoy working in fast paced organization
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
