Job Description
The candidate will be responsible to support the strategies that stimulate thriving online transactions and ensure meeting conversion goals of Ecommerce business. Responsibilities include working with Senior managers to organize and strengthen website and social media marketing plans, and the execution of those plans, working cohesively with a team in the company’s E-commerce operation, overseeing the E-commerce sales targets. Candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills, social media skills, computer proficiency are important qualities for this position. ‎

Main Duties of the Job:-

Responsible for a wide range of E-marketing and E-commerce marketing tasks and sales activities for E retailing, social media especially in Facebook and YouTube media advertising, website management, SEO/SEM and E-marketing online and offline events/activities reaching customers conversions and sales goals. Maintaining our social media presence across targeted digital channels, and reporting all digital marketing campaign and optimize their digital performance, and make marketing adjustments achieving marketing goals
Formulating with Senior managers and implementing E-marketing plan for these unique Functional tea products. Brainstorming for new creative strategies, plan, execute, and measure conversion success and reverse failure.
Design-build marketing funnels and maintain our social media presence, including optimize spend and performance achieve marketing and sales goals.
Making POS and creative social media Ads, proof-reading, and ensuring clear messages reaching our E-commerce customers via the website and various social media platforms and partners
Tracking Facebook & YouTube ADS, other Ads communications, and their performance and marketing metrics to ensure our message is reaching to our targeted E. customers; nurturing and exciting them regularly to these Target customers and convert them to buy our key products.
Handle other ad hoc marketing tasks.
Job Requirement:-

- 3 -5 years or more in E. Marketing or related discipline

- Previous E-marketing related working experience in B2C E consumer products or functional health beverage is an advantage

- Personal engagement in social media promotion, E-marketing funnels, E-commerce, and Ad campaigns (Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, Google, etc.)

- Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, organizational and computer literacy skills are essential, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator and video editing is a must

- Creative, self-motivated, and assertive team player with the ability to work with a team of marketing/operational staffs, designer, and E-marketing consultant

- Sharp analytical ability and problem-solving capability

- Proficient in English & Chinese, both written and verbal
