Responsibilities:

Perform due diligence on M&A/Take Over projects and potential investment opportunities

Build financial models and conduct valuation exercises on the projects

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on the M&A transactions

Conduct research on industry/market intelligence

Handle corporate financial related work such as placing, due diligence, fundraising, advisory on HK IPO, merger and acquisition in Hong Kong.

Responsible for projects of financial advice, independent financial advice, merge and acquisition transactions.


Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar disciplines along with a professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CFA) preferred

RO 6 Licensed
Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably with FA, independent FA, IPO and M&A execution experience;

Experienced in financial modelling and valuation analysis
