Financial services company principally engaged in Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) activities, servicing both high networth private investors and institutional investors from Headquarters

We are looking for DIRECTOR/CEO OF ASSET MANAGEMENT (Type 9) – with details as follows :

THE JOB :
Fully in charge of asset management activities

Build a small Asset Management Team to set up and operate private funds

Set up new private funds based on market trends, macro environment and clients needs

Work closely with internal & external parties like legal, compliance, and regulators etc.

Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or equivalent disciplines

Solid managerial level experience in asset management or related fields

All round experience in asset management especially full experience in setting up and operate private funds

Holder of relevant SFC RA Type 9 regulated activities

Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control for asset management

Proficient in English and Mandarin

Report to Board of Directors

Office location : Central District
